All your images are stored safely and securely, so you can focus on creating great content.
All images and podium data are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours, or immediately when the creator deletes their podium. No data is retained beyond this period.
Users are solely responsible for all images, graphics, and other content they upload or create using this application ("User Content"). By uploading content, the user confirms that they own all necessary rights or have obtained proper licenses for any material used. The application provider assumes no liability for copyright or other legal infringements caused by user-generated content.
By uploading content, the user grants the provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the app's services. This license does not transfer ownership or grant the provider the right to commercially exploit the content outside the app's functionality.
The provider does not systematically review user uploads for copyright, trademark, or personality-right violations. We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that appears to infringe the rights of third parties or violates these terms.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the provider, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from user-generated content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
